Our first rooftop crawfish boil. They were flavored to perfection but a lot of work for little reward. I decided not to go the usual route and pair it with beer. Instead we had a lovely Chablis and white burgundy, both were perfect in that they helped smooth out the spice and saltiness of the crawfish seasoning.
